在最后的模拟时 显示完成了 [52RD.com]
但一直没有结果 一直是...writing dataset files[52RD.com]
不知道问什么 [52RD.com]

根据提供的simulation/synthesis messages,网格超过最大容许的单元尺寸,更改相关的mesh设置看看.

从1楼的抓图来看
在衬底某个层划分网格过多
最后一句意思是 不能海岸线式子的划分网格。那你就试着整个衬底的层用同一种网格划分方式

我后面重装了软件换成2006A的了 现在按着例子做 能的到相应的结果了
我感觉可能是我2003A有点问题。谢谢两位了
