首先,我感觉你没把问题说清楚;
再则用ph模型代替s2p模型仿真时出现指标的改变是非常正常的,不要太担心,如果要做板子,个人建议直接从ph模型做起,先做直流偏置再做匹配,s2p模型参考一下即可。

你好,对于用ph模型代替s2p模型,我加的偏置和datasheet选择的偏置点一样(我用的是2v,15mA),为什么s参数会变呢,麻烦你详细说下吧,最要命的是最小噪声变化很大,变小了0.2几个dB,而且做直流仿真就会报warning,如下所述:

我之前提了你要做板子不如直接用ph模型来做,一步步来,稳定性、噪声系数、增益什么的一个个指标来弄,你要用s2p模型做好,然后来替代,还是得慢慢调,到最后问题依然解决不掉...
ph模型 和 SP模型有差别
即使相当一致 偏置
感觉 是参数拟和的缘故
个人感觉 应当SP模型准确 (S参数)
实际当中去提取参数
实际去调节篇置
而且 这种是把电感电容数值做变量 不控制范围 跟实际相差不大么

我的偏置和datasheet提供的完全一致啊.我在仿真的时候,栅极和源极各加了一个直流源,Vgs=-0.15V,Vds=2V,我选择的偏置点是2V,15mA,这个应该没错吧。
如果正常的话,应该和datasheet提供的s参数一致才对,可是s参数变差了一些,最小噪声和最大可用增益等参数都变化了。而其最小噪声变得更小,这个我实在弄不明白。
希望各位帮忙解释下,我现在我现在外地,回去会把仿真图附上。

呵呵,楼上的朋友先别着急,问题总会有处理的办法的,着急反而解决不了问题。
看来你对这个s2p模型取代ph模型指标变差很不理解,觉得自己直流偏置做的很好为什么还有问题?
我试着解答下原因,供参考。
你的直流偏置网络可能已经参加到匹配中去了,对你的仿真结果有了影响。你可能没察觉到,什么意思呢?
在低频信号和射频信号之间一定要做好隔离,建议在晶体管的输入输出端加上电感,阻止射频信号进入直流偏置电路;同时直流信号也不能传到两端的Term上,建议加电容隔直。
当然了,如果你这块都做的很好依然有问题的话可以继续提出来,期待你的原理图贴上来,大家共同讨论。
