HFSS Error while opening or writing the mesh files.

下面这些错误是什么意思啊？该怎么纠正啊？刚学，很多都不懂，麻烦，会的指教一下。
是在是麻烦了。

[error] Lambda refining mesh, process mesh3d : Unexpected internal software error code 1054 with module id 0.
