频率设置错误,个人认为
你中心频率设置成800Thz,扫频设置成8——18GHz中心频率没有在扫频范围内,有两种改法一种是把中心频率该在8-18GHz以内 比如10GHz,另一种是把扫频该在包含中心频率的范围内。你模型的尺寸是纳米级的 估计频率在THz建议该扫频。
是的,但是即便设置到700——1000thz的扫频还是说Given the specified frequency and model dimensions,an extremely large mesh will be required to produce an accurate solution.Your model and/or frequency units may be set incorrectly,并且停在网格划分上,这怎么办啊
同感,遇到同样的情况,换11或12就ok了
我仿真天线的时候也出现了这种问题,我认为是模型的电尺寸太大了(我的模型接近30个波长),HFSS剖分会不会很困难.
不知道你的这个问题解决了没有?
