在建模时,不知道放大器的电流如何实现到,DATASHEET 中所提到的电流呢?
请教各位!
对于应用来说,我觉得有2种可靠的建模方法:
1. 根据要应用的条件,用VNA来测试放大器(放大器处于应用的状态),得到S2P文件,导入到ADS里。(推荐该方法)
2.根据放大器的datasheet种相应的参数,直接用ADS里面的行为模型建模。(该方法不准确,但是简单)
